Anzac Day poppy

Our first ever virtual assembly was held on Friday 24 April, the day before our country commemorated ANZAC day.  This is the link to the full assembly, which was a wonderful occasion for our students and staff to come together and talk about the first few days of online learning and also for our Head Girl and Deputy Head Girls to share a little about ANZAC day and its importance to our nation.

Here is the You Tube link to the assembly AGGS Virtual Assembly

Information for Parents re School re-opening

Published: Sunday, 26 April 2020 12:56

This is the latest information about moving to Alert Level 3 that was sent home to parents on Friday 24 April.  Tuesday 28 April will be a teacher only day, which will give teachers much needed time to review and make improvements to the online learning programme.  School will open on Wednesday 29 April at 9 a.m. for those Year 9 and 10 students who have let us know that they will be coming back to school then. On-line lessons will continue for all students from Wednesday 29 April and Year 9 and 10 students who return to school will be supervised while they work in the i-Centre on the online learning programme.  More information will be sent to the students and parents who are returning to school on 29 April.
