Enrolment Steps

1. Download or Submit Online:

Download and print an enrolment form here, or complete and submit it online via the Enrolment Portal.
Printed enrolment forms can be emailed to: enrol@aggs.school.nz or mailed to:

2. Required Documents:

Proof of NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residence: Copy of birth certificate or passport. For students born outside NZ, include passport pages showing relevant visas and identity pages.
Most recent school report.
In-zone students: Tenancy agreement or recent rates bill, and one other form of verification of in-zone address (recent phone bill, electricity bill).
Please ensure all required documentation is included in your application as we will not be able to process your application without it

Once your completed application has been received and processed, you may be invited to have an interview with a Deputy Principal.

The Cotter Charitable Trust - Entry Scholarship

The Cotter Charitable Trust was established by Don and Margaret Cotter during the 125th Anniversary of Auckland Girls’ Grammar School to provide both financial and pastoral support to students.

Eligibility: Year 8 students transitioning into Year 9 at Auckland Girls’ Grammar School.

Awarded to: Students in financial need who demonstrate academic potential, cultural or sporting ability, and strong personal character.

Applications: Open at the start of Term 2 and close at the end of Term 3 each year. As dates may vary, it is recommended to email the Enrolments Officer at enrol@aggs.school.nz for the most up-to-date information.
